How to insert text in a Grid Control

Hi !!

I have a 1 column grid that has a lot of rows. How can I insert text in each row? could I address determined row? For example, how can I get what text is written on the 4th column?

Here is a simple example.....

SG.Cells[1,4] := 'Hello';
  Caption := Sg.cells[1,4];
