Traversing a RecordSet in Access

Is it possible to traverse a recordset in MS Access by referrencing the first record, then using a 'Next' command Until the end of the recordset is reached?

Try this code:
myrecordset.movefirst
with myrecordset
   do while not .eof
      ...
      .movenext
   loop
end with
