You can create a multi-dimensional array variable as follows:

Dim MyMeetings(0 to 8, 0 to 5)     As String

  MyMeetings(0,0) = "Some Value"
  MyMeetings(0,1) = "Another Value"
  ' ...etc

I presume the 9x6 array is for 9 hours/day for 6 days.

If you want to refer then to the 10am-11am meeting on the 3rd day, you can use:

  Meet$ = MyMeetings(1,2) ' because the array is 0 indexed, starting from 0 to n-1.
