What program are you using? Some programs, like Ventura Publisher, come with a full set of equation editing commands. I believe that you can do equations in Microsoft Word as well. The fonts are built in.

If you are using MS Word you can add formulas with the "formula editor"
(I don't know the exact English name, since I'm running on a German copy of MS Office)
