How do you prevent all names in a group from showing up
on the e@mail message?  Each person in a group does not
want to see the whole list of names in their group on each
msg they receive.  Thanks

Use the Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc)option when you are sending your E-mail. Then each recipient is the only name that shows up in the to box of their own message.
