1. GIF Wizard

Free (evaluation ?) version adds a text page to your animated GIF saying they made it (this is added when you save but is up for 0 seconds so is not displayed)


2. Paint Shop Pro (latest version - 5.01) - 60 day eval free - will produce animated GIFs
