Quadra quits with Type 1 errors?!#$*

Have Quadra 650 w/32 MB RAM, Netscape 2.02 (8000K Memory allocated). Quits occur every 30 min or so while on line, often while just sitting on one (complete & done) screen for 5 min. Nothing else is going on, no other applications open.
What does the "Type 1 Error" message tell me? Ideas?

Type 1 error is a Bus error Invalid memory access.
Try follwing steps

First more memory for netscape (10-12MB).
Second newer netscape version.
Third new OS.
