How can i copy selected document in view and copy them
to another database in another view.

You can do this by hand: Select the doc, copy it (Ctrl-C or Menu Edit/Copy), go to the other DB, select a view, and paste it (Ctrl-V or Menu Edit/Paste).

Programmatically:
a) Create an agent, and use the simple action "Copy to Database"
b) Use script.

I assume this is fine for you. So I send it as an answer:

You can do this by hand: Select the doc, copy it (Ctrl-C or Menu Edit/Copy), go to the other DB, select a view, and paste it (Ctrl-V or Menu Edit/Paste).

Programmatically:
