Download A File Off The Web...

I need an example of how to download a file off the web.  My app will have IE in it also, if that helps.  I would like the download NOT to stop my app until it finishes.  I have a great example BUT it requires httpprot.pas, so if someone can send httpprot.pas to me or tell me where to get it, to would be just as good...
