I was piloting a web site and used the port extension 1827 while doing this. I have now chaned it to port 80.

However when I now do a search on the site, I get a list of links alright, but they all have the suffix 1827 (which no longer exists!), making the table kinda useless and confusinf for users. Help!

I have deleted and re-created the index but to no avail! What is going on.

Regards

Hywel

You must delete all the folders "catalog.wci" which are in you site, after have deleting the configuration in "index server". After recreate an index, the folders "catalog.wci" which stores the informations on worlds indexation will be automatically recreated and the search results will take the new port number.
