Is it possible to install Linux (red Hat specifically) on a SparQ drive? How?

This is what I would try. Install linux the same way you would if your where installing onto a hard disk but when they ask you where  to install  /dev/????(whatever the drive is) If you don't know what the /dev is for your drive is try look for it when your boot disk boots up.
