I will give my 50 points to you to pass on, so let me know if you like me to ask the question.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I'll be back at 4:45 EST and I will check my mail.

In any case I will have to ask the question and place 50 points there..

Go to my website (see profile), you will find code to have a gradient titlebar incorporating a bitmap. You could take this code as as start.

The detail...
That is not a Title Bar..
You can just Use a Bitmap On a Form.. and Make.. no Border style..

Then When the User clicks in the MOUSE Move Event..
Immediately Store the X and Y vlue to  a Form LEvel Variable
say.. StartX and StartY
Then as the User Drags the Mouse..
do this

if Button = vbRightButton
  ME.Move x - StartX , y - StartY
end if
