Lets assume you have a profile called "Home" and one called "Work" and Netscape was installed in c:\Netscape\Program
so you set up two icons for navigator and change the shortcut properties of each icon
The command line for "Work" would look like this...
"C:\Netscape\Program\netscape.exe" -P"Work"
The command line for "Home" would look like this...
"C:\Netscape\Program\netscape.exe" -P"Home"

Note that there is no space between -P and the quotes arround profile name.

I'm sure you get the idea.

Vlad.
