Outlook Settings Files

I have moved to a new computer and need to know what file contains my folder settings, saved email, etc.

Search for *.pst on the old computer.  I it usually named Outlook.PST, but it could be different.  Copy it to the new computer.  Once it is copied, Go to the Tools menu and select services, select personal folders, and properties, select the file that you copied over.  It will have all of your old e-mail, calandar, etc...
