Order forms for web commerce

I am building a commerce section to a web site. It sells products. Can anyone recommend a good CGI order form that has pre-validation? I will probably rent space on a UNIX server so it will need to be compatable. Also, I will probably want to use a shopping cart so I will want to integrate it with the form. Any advice?

if you want to a really good e-commerce, i suggest you buy a whole product but not a single cgi. because there is lots of other issue left you to handle, such as the e-wallet, paying protocals. so why not buy a product  from IBM or some company else. they do have a good solution for e-commerce.

HACKER101 - that's a strange attitude! Credit card numbers can just as easily be stolen over a phone line. If I use SSL and Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) wouldn't that limit my liability?
