Best code for RAS (Internet connection)

What should I use to include RAS connection in my program(connect to the Internet using modem). I need to be able to monitor the line to make sure it remains connected.

You can download a component called rasdial from torry's page....

www.torry.ru

or if you are looking at doing this yourself you can use the RAS API stuff...

RASDIAL
RASConnectionNotification

just to mention a few....they can all be found in the win32.hlp file...
