WIN98 Kernel32.dll

page default rendered my System Wizard unusable, downloaded
KRNLUPD.EXE (WIN95) to use System Wizard.  I need to reload KERNEL32.dll and do not know how to retrieve off the Master CD.  Any easy ideas?

Extract the file from Win98_33.cab file, under Win98 folder in your CD.

I am a novice,where can I go in exact manner to do an extraction of this _33.cab file.  As in do a, do b, do c,...etc.  Thanks the Microsoft Windows98 "Getting Started" is not much on details

System had error code..tried to access windows after restarting as per instructions..Had fatal error..could not download files.. had to reload computer off of master cd...uploaded all microsoft updates and linked with system wizard to correct KERNEL32.ddl error before probles started for the 3rd time...Thank you
