It is written in Java with with native code. The native code is packed into several libraries, which I presume are written in C or C++. In Windows, there separate .dll libraries for the awt, for the network communications, etc. Probably the awt .dll is written in C++ (because of the complex models) and the network api is written in C. It does not really matter since the question goes to, in which language is written a specific .dll. This depends on the implementation and I believe could be discovered by opening the libraries with a Hexviewer.

Cheers.
