Long File Names under Win3.11

Is it possible to possible to have Long File Name support under Win3.11 which is running Win32S?
If so where can I find the patch or upgrade to enable this option.

The only way I was able to do it was with the LONG FILE NAMES FOR WINDOWS 3rd party application.
