Thicker Caret in CRichEditCtrl?

Hi,
does anybody know how to change the caret in a CRichEditCtrl? What I want is to have a thicker caret because I think the normal caret is hardly visible.

Take a look at CreateCaret function.
You will first need to destroy the default caret and create your own.
