Question about Personal Web Server

Hello I'm using PWS to test a program that I'm writing.  The problem is that the program needs to FTP images to the Server and I can not find out how to turn FTP services on.  I not sure what version of personal web server I have, but I just downloaded probably 2-4 weeks ago and in a column on the left hand side I have the following main catagories (Main, Publish, Web Site, Tour, Advanced)  I tried going to Help About the find the version number, but it does not say and version number there.

Please Help

you probably have PWS version 4.

To enable Ftp services, here is what you need to do:
1- Click on Advanced (left side of screen)
you should see a "Home" icon with + sign on left.
2- click on +
3- now click on Add...
4- fill in..
Directory : browse for the directory where you FTP directory
               is.
Alias: type in a name (example:FTP) this is the name which
          you will refer to.
Access: Check All (Read, execute, script)
5- click on OK

you should now see /ftp under your +Home

6- click on /ftp
7- Check allow Directory browsing (at the bottom)

That should do it.

To access it type http://youservername/ftp/
good luck.

I'm still not getting a connection established with the INET control.  It Resolves the Host then attempts to connect, but it just hangs there and times out.

PWS does not offer FTp services... YOu will need to get the IIS version from Microsoft... However, it only runs on NT...
