Where can I get some detailed documentation on using resource (.res) files?  The docs included with Delphi give very little information.

Specifically, I seem to be in the dark when it comes to methods such as LoadFromResourceName and LoadFromResourceID.  If anyone knows of a web site or any documentation that covers these in detail, I'd appreciate it.
