A program TifToGif at the command prompt

Hello,

A program that converts from TIF to GIF at the commands prompt is needed. If you know one let me know please.

There are alot out there but coudn't find one that does it at the C prompt. (C:\ tifTOgif in.tif ot.gif

The program you want is Image Alchemy.  It can convert all types of TIFF to all types of GIF.    There is a comand line and windows version.  It started way before Windows was around, so the command line version is very robust.  Allows you do scale, change color depth, convert formats, crop, etc.
