Program not register

Hello,
I try to use the NFS mount on another server.  However, it gives me a "Porgram not register".  What do I need to do with that ?

What distribution did you install. Some distributions need to be registered to have the full functionality. Look in your manual.

I installed the RedHat 5.1.  I just used the generic NFS system.
