HP OfficeJet 600 Won't Print

I don't know why, but when I try to print something with my printer, it never starts.  I have an HP OfficeJet 600 which is a fax, copier, printer and scanner in one.  I never had any problems like this before.  When I try to print, it makes the icon it always makes in the bar at the bottom right of the screen (the one with the clock.) The icon just stays there and nothing happens.

There is a communication problem between your PC and the printer. The print file is being created sucessfully but is not getting to the printer. Check things like your cable and if the printer looks physically ok.

Which OS are you using? When you print is the print job queued. Under windows you can see via, start->settings->printers, then select your printer. Select printer->properties->General->print test page. Does the page print?

I did the print test, and it worked!  The printer works fine now.  I don't know why it just suddenly started working.  I guess it was just a one-time thing.  If you want, you can just type anything for an anser and I will accept it to give you points for your troubles.  Thanx.
