I've seen this question;
Which of the following class members are used by an ISAPI application to write a response message body?
1) CHttpServerContext extraction operators
2) CHttpServerContext insertion operators
3) CHtmlStream insertion operators
4) CHttpServerContext::WriteClient

The answers given are 2 & 4.  But wouldn't 3 also be an option?  Please give me your feedback and thoughts, with maybe some sample code.

3 is an option only when it refers to the m_pStream member variable of CHttpServerContext. Otherwise, CHtmlStream is just a class that manages in-memory HTML.
