I have an HP DeskJet 600C attached to my Windows 98 machine and I can share it through ethernet with other windows machines.  I recently got a PowerBook G3 w/ ethernet, and I am interested in printing to my DeskJet through the network.  I found something called PowerPrint or something, but I don't want to spend that much money.  Is there any hope?

No, the best way to use a IBM-PC printer with the MAC is to install Windows NT 4.0 with Services for Macintosh. Then you can use almost every printer from your MAC. But you will have to spend money either to buy PowerPrint or to buy Windows NT.

Wonderful.  I happen to already own Windows NT 4.0 workstation (it came free with VB 5 Pro for some reason).  I'll give that a try, thanks!
