Replace the battery of your motherboard.

Then Why my friend who also install Win98 lately have the same problem, our batteries got low at the same time???

I can't think of any other logical explaination.  Does your clock loses time when it's on or when it's shut down for a while?

It vary, It is very hard to tell, like now I have just open my computer and i have lost about 20 minutes since last night midnight 12h00 am.

Ok, let's see if this make sense to you.

While your computer is off, it's up to the battery on the motherboard to keep time.  And when the computer is on, then it shouldn't be losing any time since it's now getting power from your power supply.  Maybe you should leave your computer on for several hours and see if it indeed doesn't lose time to confirm if it's the motherboard's battery.

I Have changed my motherboard batterie and it seem to improve the situation so far.
