Hint in the shape of a bubble (like Lotus Note)

I am looking for a component that will allow me to implement bubble hints like the ones in Lotus Note.

Thank you. It is a good component. Just one little problem with it (not major enough to stop me from using it):

Sometimes the Hint's rounded corner stop being transparent. Any idea what causes that ?

I know a little bit more about the transparency problem:

It is the cancas that creates the shadow that is the problem. It happens only in the following situation:

  A hint is displayed. You move the cursor on top of the hint then go to another object with a hing. The hing for that other object will not be displayed properly.  I will send an email to the author of this component.
