How do I open a (mim) picture

Someone sent me a picture that was in MIM format and I would like to know how to open it. I went on the web and looked for programs to open the picture but could'nt find one. But I did run into your sit witch is a blessing.
 If you could help me I would be very thankfull.
 The picture was in my E-mail and I am on aol 4.0.

A mim file is mime encoded.  You need to decode the mim file before you can read it.  the picture is probably a bmp/jpg/gif, but is packaged up in the mim file.

There are many shareware mime decoders around.  I'll find you one on the web if you haven't already got one.

Try WinZip for decoding it, get a trial from;

And read the turorial on;

http://www.winzip.com/uuencode.htm  about how to decode your mim file
