How do I extract the file, nwlink.vxd from win98 CD ?
Can I use the nwlink.vxd file from Win95 ?

Here is the command line to Extract the file from the Win98 directory off of the CD. Make sure you are in that directory. If you have the 98 Disk, it will be Disk 6.

Extract /y net9.cab nwlink.vxd /l c:\windows\system

You may be able to get away with using the 95 version, but may have problems depending what you are doing on the network. I had restore 95 network drivers over 98 before and it causes more headache than it was worth. I eventually tracked down my CD and reinstalled all to 98 version of the files.

Cmcgee's answer could be right. But, i've restore with win95 version and it works all right. Maybe i will experience problem later. By then, i will post again here.
