I can't seem to find any of the Form Wizards or HTML layout tools for Visual InterDev 6 (VID6).  Are they removed or moved somewhere else in the program, and how could I access them?

make sure that you have the MSDN cd's installed also.  all of the help files are there.  try going back through the setup process and selecting wizards.  look for a detail button in the setup that will allow you to select subsections of the wizards, in case you don't need all of them.
