Installing DelphiX component  with Directx5

I installed DelphiX component in Delphi3 but after this time Delphi didn't work.I uninstalled delphix and delphi worked.
I think my Directx5 is problem.I'm using Turkish Win95 and English Directx5.I didn't find Turkish directx5.What can I do?

The latest version of DelphiX is for DirectX6.
