scanning a grid into a True DBgrid Pro 5.0

what i want my program to do is be able to scan in a grid - say a calander or timetable for example - and put the information into the grid control in the corresponding fields. the grid control would have the same row and column headers as the the document which is to be scanned.

maybe there's an OCX which lets you scan with some flexibility. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

these are OCX for scanning image.

For transfering info from image to grid, it's pretty hard to do unless you have a very good OCR software.
