I think that my edo-ram is broken in some way. I get this blue screen very often and it´s allways on the same adress :(
Well i´m looking for a program that test´s my ram, that reely goes through all my memory. Not a little small program that just checks it, i want my problem to be confirmed.

I know that there should be some kind of program that runs under a very long time and checks the ram.

Is there anyone that nows a good software for doing that and knows where to get it?

If you remove your ram and go to local computer store they will test it for free using hardware tester. Himem test your ram and if there is anything wrong with it will give you info. Try changing timing setings in bios
