How does one get a toolbar to look/behave like the new microsoft ones?? Meaning: You only see images on the toolbar, but when the mouse passes over them, they raise up like a button?

1. There's a new common control DLL you need to download

There's alink to it on this page

www.codeguru.com

2. You also need to add some code

See this page
http://www.codeguru.com/toolbar/index.shtml

Flat toolbar stuff shows all the example code.  The article
"Flat Toolbar with gripper handle - Kirk Stowell (1998/08/22) "
has nice example code you can download
