How to wire a Nullmodem cable ?

I'd like to simulate a modem connection between two PCs,
by using RAS under NT, and using a Nullmodem cable.

How to create the Nullmodem cable ?? (wiring diagram)

I dont know the exact diagram, but I know the difference is that the Tx and Rx are crossed.

Can't draw -- here's how to do it:
Wire 1 to 1
wire 2 to 3
wire 3 to 2
wire 4=5 to 8
wire 6 to 20
wire 7 to 7
wire 8 to 4=5
wire 20 to 6

Or, buy a null modem adapter for 8 or 9 bucks.
