Heading the same problem I found Corel-Capture 7 which is delivered within CorelDraw 7. It captures only the window you are working with- so it is like &quot;fullscreen&quot;. <br />
PROBLEM: It captures with Millions of colors and you can not adjust it. A movie of 30 seconds, resolution 800x600 sizes about 300 MB. Maybe Version 8 is better. Hope anyone finds a better solution.<br />

Capturing a Full Screen DOS session to an AVI
