1)  You can sell sometimes (when your park becomes good enough) at the end of year - there will be a button asking you if you want to but your park up for auction, and the reserve price.

2)  To cheat, set your nickname as Horza, the different cheats are CTRL & Z and ALT & Z - Which will give you all the rides and all the shops.  And CTRL & C or just C (I can't remember), which will get you lots more money.

3)  To build these rides with tracks (this also includes the roller coaster/big dipper) go to the ride selector (LMB).  Go to the ride but instead of clicking on it, click on the small icon on the right hand side with a picture of a roller coaster track, this will close the ride selector and allow you to place track.  When you have finished building the track select the ride itself & place the entrance next to the ride.

4)  Must you write in capitals?
