Whenever I right click on my desktop or on a file I get an error message that says "Unabel to load Language Resource Dll".  It doesn't effect the computer from what I've seen but it gets annoying.
Please help,
Alan

You probly need to reinstall Win 98.  because it sounds like you are missing a dll, and if it is not being specific, I would say this is the best solution.

You don't mention if you are running any Multi-Language versions as your OS.  If so, reinstall the language software for the OS or app. that supports it.
