Just a simple circle?  How?

Is it possible to draw a simple circle in PhotoShop 5?  PhotoShop is a great program--I'm thrilled with it yet every other program I've ever used, even Windows Paint, allows me to draw circles and for the life of me I just can't figure out how to do it in PhotoShop.

Thanks for any help.
