Intergrating MS Exchange and Domino via dial up

What are the possible alternatives to allow MS Exchange users to send mail to Domino users via dail up connection OR vice versa ?

Use an SMTP dial up connection to the MSExchange server in order to have them communicate.  

MSExchange accepts SMTP mail.  So enable the SMTPMTA server task and then add the appropriate documents to configure SMTP:  Global Domain document, Connection document, Foreign SMTP Domain document, and enter the Global Domain document in the STMP portion of the server document.  The admin help database steps you through the documents needed to create the SMTP connection.  The connection document needs to be setup as a dial up connection.  This will allow Notes to send mail to MS Exchange.  You then need to set up MS Exchange to call the Domino server and send SMTP mail.

How do I configure MS Exchange server to call Domino server via dial up ? I have no experience using MS Exchange.  TQ for yr suggestion !
