sgenther,
I did get the upgrade, expanded it into 5 or 6 files.
My question is : How do I upgrade my modem from there, do I copy the files  ?? I am not a technician, waiting for your answer. Thank you
Alro
Is one of them a readme file?,or some sort of txt help file? That should help explain "how to" better than I.
If you still need help, tell me which file you downloaded and i will see what I can do.

I unstalled the modem and re-installed, still no V90.
The files are:
Mdmchipv 28ko
pctports 3ko
pctwave 2ko
pthsp 1ko
ptsnoop 6ko
uninst 77ko
