Hi.

Can I create an Action that paints by chance? Brush-Size and opacity should vary as well.
Another possibility is that it rotates the layer by chance.

Or in short: Something should be done by chance. Is this possible?

Do you know any plugin or other pixel-program which is able to do this?

Thanks for your answer.

photoshop can ONLY create actions for functions that have menus as well as a few special actions. It cannot paint through an action because it doesn't know WHERE to paint. so the basic answer is no...you should however, be able to run a series of filters that give the EFFECT of randomly painted strokes.

Hi weed. Of couse this is the answer I did NOT want to her, but I have to accept it. But is there a filter which results can vary while using the same source-picture?

there are always clouds which are different every time. render clouds, and apply several filters on top of that. Thats about as random as you can get.
