If you have Outlook Express installed, you may do the following:
In Outlook Express, File menu->Import->Messages..., select Eudora
Then to export
File menu->Export->Messages..., select Outlook or Exchange.

If you do not have Outlook Express already installed, you may install it from Internet Explorer, Help menu->Product Updates, then follow the instructions to install it.
