To Make a screen saver it to make a normal program.  The only difference is that you rename it to .SCR  .  To make it Detecte mouse movement you use a variable that is set to true when the mouse moves.  But you must not do it on the first run because the mouse move sub runs on startup.  And then you just use the same variable in keypress and check your variable with a timer and poof, exit when the variable is true.
