I installed Outlook 97 because I needed something better than just Outlook Express, but the Inbox Assistant is not available for some reason. &nbsp;The selection on the &quot;Tools&quot; menu is greyed out, as if it were unavailable. &nbsp;I've looked through the add-ins, installed both the SR-1 and SR-2 patches, nothing helps. &nbsp;Any ideas?

Inbox Assistant on Outlook 97 isn't there
