About crystal Reports crpaige(32).dll problem

While opening the crystal report from VB.Some times it is giving
th following error.
     CRPaige library CRPaige(32).dll can not found .It should be on        the path.
   From that messages onwords it is not possible to open the  any reports.

       Call them(SameQuestion)
else
       DontHaveARightToComplain=TRUE

The file's name is CRPAIG32.DLL, not CRPAIGE32.DLL. Make sure that the missing dll is on your system and properly registered.  1. Find the file and insure that it exists. It should be in your windows\system and/or your vb\report.  
2. If it is not on the system re-install crystal reports else do number 3.
3. Register it by running "REGSVR32 /V CRPAIG32.DLL" from the command line.

If you can't register it then you must have a bootleg copy in which case you get what you deserve... nothing.
