I want to load an existing html document into an existing frame when a script is run on another frame.

Is there a VBScript command to load a dociment into another frame?

if you mean server-side script, the answer is no. But you can submit a form to a different target:
<form action="..." target="...">

if you mean client-side script, the answer is yes:

parent.other_frame_name.location = 'newpage.htm'
