running on an nt network my outlook express is looking for a
file called frmrdrct.dll. what is this file and  how can  i fix the problem since the file does not exsist

The file is used for Message Redirection.. It interacts with the server and will locate all places the message needs to be redirected... Best way to fix is to locate the DLL and place it in your winnt/system32 folder.... Another way is to reinstall...
